01 / THE CHALLENGE

Start with the process.

Influent flow and quality interact with equipment loads and operating targets. A single measurement or isolated asset cannot explain the whole process. Water intelligence requires continuous observations and relationships between treatment units.

Key inputs
Flow, water quality, dissolved oxygen, dosing and equipment condition
Optimization objectives
Support stable operations and informed management of water quality, energy and resources.

02 / FROM DATA TO DECISIONS

How AI contributes.

01

Connect operational information

Organize flow, quality, dissolved oxygen, equipment status and operating records, including measurement coverage and time alignment.

02

Analyze linked decisions

Examine how aeration, dosing and scheduling interact with local water-quality and operating objectives, then develop options for evaluation.

03

Validate with site feedback

Evaluate options against facility conditions, procedures and operator judgment, tracking quality stability, energy use and chemical consumption.

How to evaluate results

Compare results under similar influent conditions and treatment targets. Assess quality, energy and chemical use together. Water supply and wastewater treatment require different process boundaries and acceptance criteria.

03 / QUESTIONS & EVIDENCE

A closer look.

What progress has been publicly reported?

Jiemian reported an August 2026 cooperation agreement between Jincheng Technology and Jiangsu United Water to advance demonstration projects and overseas expansion. An agreement and project plans do not establish that every deployment is complete.

Can a fermentation model be applied directly?

Data organization, prediction, optimization and feedback methods can be reused. Water-process mechanisms, equipment constraints and evaluation criteria must be established for the specific facility.
